WARRANTY

AJUSTA-BUCKETS warrants all products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The sole obligation of AJUSTA-BUCKETS hereunder shall be to repair or replace, as determined by the manufacturer, free of charge any of our products determined, exclusively by AJUSTA-BUCKETS, to be found defective in material or workmanship within a period of 120 days from the date of delivery to the end user.

This warranty shall not apply to any items which shall have been operated in a manner contrary to the instructions or recommendations put forth by AJUSTA-BUCKETS. Warranty does not apply to any product or component thereof that has been repaired, altered, or modified in any way which, in the manufacturers opinion, will adversely affect the products performance. Warranty does not apply to an abused or improperly maintained product as determined by the manofacturer. Any product returned for warranty consideration must be returned FREIGHT PREPAID (using a pre-approved freight carrier) to AJUSTA-BUCKETS. If the product is found to be defective and warrantable the customer will be reimbursed for the return freight charges. AJUSTA-BUCKETS reserves the option to repair or replace the failed product. All products manufactured by AJUSTA-BUCKETS are wearable and expendable under normal use and will not be considered warrantable.

Only products manufactured exclusively by AJUSTA-BUCKETS are included in this warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. AJUSTA-BUCKETS assumes no responsibility for consequential damages or contingent liability. No Agent, Dealer Salesman, or any other party has the authority or right to either orally or in writing modify and/or add to any of the terms and conditions of this warranty. No downtime, transportation charges, or travel time will be allowed for repair or replacement of any AJUSTA-BUCKETS products.

Any and all warranty work done by others must be authorized by an AJUSTA-BUCKETS representative with a total amount agreed upon in writing before any such work can commence. An authorization number will then be assigned. This number will be issued and honored solely based on the written agreement. (NO EXCEPTIONS) If it is determined that more extensive hidden problems occur at time of actual repair then the new course of action must be agreed upon and any amended costs approved in writing by a representative of AJUSTA-BUCKETS. In this situation AJUSTA-BUCKETS reserves the right to request the product to be returned to the factory for inspection and subsequent repair or replacement.

AJUSTA-BUCKETS reserves the right to final approval on all claims submitted for credit consideration. No claims will be considered for credit without a properly completed and returned Warranty Registration Certificate.
